Bill Turner counsels both large corporate clients and entrepreneur/investor clients in a variety of industry groups. Mr. Turner’s practice includes a wide range of business transactions and operations (strategic planning, company acquisitions and divestitures, financing, and licensing) and real estate-based transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, §1031 like-kind exchanges, development, financing, leasing, and foreclosures/work-outs). Mr. Turner began his legal career in New York as in-house counsel for a London-based entertainment company. In 2001, Mr. Turner moved to Nashville and practiced business law for 10 years with one of the largest US-based law firms before returning to his native Mississippi to establish his own business law firm.
